CAUSE HONEY WITH YOU

These photos were just too gorgeous not to share! I'm particularly enchanted by the second photo... I love the denim shirt under the leather jacket. I'm particularly obsessed with my denim shirt (like leather shorts, it makes everything better haha), and I think it also softens the contrast between the feminine dress and tougher leather jacket. (Also I kind of just love when two models look ridiculously similar... makes me miss Gemma Ward and her twinkie, Sasha P.)

Okay, technically the title should be '142' (the number of days left until I graduate), buttttt who doesn't love that song, "143", by Ray J? So catchy!
I got these leather shorts a few months ago and I'm so in love with them. Seriously, they make every outfit perfect. I wish I could have leather pants, leather bracelets, leather EVERYTHING!
The mugs I made for a christmas present for my friend Hillary. I made stencils for the mustaches because I can't draw a symmetrical one to save my life. They were pretty simple to make. I put a mustache on both sides (I just loved all the mustaches!). You can find the tutorial HERE.
I haven't done an outfit post in forever, but I promise I'm going to start updating more. Also, I had to take these photos myself on a stack of books with self timer, soooo they're not the best :). Thanks to anyone who actually reads my blog!

JEANLOUP SIEFF

I had to do a photographer's report for my photo class this year. I'm sad to admit, it was the last thing on my to-do list and I just basically copied a lot of stuff (changing the wording a little). However, I found a photographer I love in the process; Jeanloup Sieff.
I love that he was fascinated with glamour and materialism (not sure if this is a good interpretation), all the things that we're not supposed to worship. With fashion, it's hard not to do this. I think what I love about Sieff is that he breaks this taboo and is openly fascinated with "those lights".
His site is great. You have to refresh to get more pictures. Most of the stuff has english translations, but not all, so unless you have a basic understanding of one or both, you might not get the most out of it. But really it's all about the pictures, n'est-ce pas?

WAITING

Christmas is only 2 hours away! I've been waiting forever... Usually I don't get really excited for Christmas. This year, though, it's consumed my time. This may be due to my crappy school year and the finals I thought I was never going to get through, oh and that it's my last year at home. (My mom did remind me that kids go home for Christmas during college... I guess I keep forgetting this.)
I'm so excited for Christmas, and for the 152 days to pass quickly so I can graduate and move far away from this year. Senior year is so blegh!
